1. About this Website (pre-launch)
The Website is a promotional and informational site for a peer-to-peer ticket marketplace we are building for UK university students. The marketplace is not yet live.
- The Website does not currently allow you to buy, sell, list, or transfer any tickets or other goods or services.
- Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer to provide the marketplace, to supply any service, or to enter into a contract for the sale of tickets or anything else.
- Information about the platform's features, pricing, launch timing, and availability is indicative only and may change. We do not guarantee that the platform will launch, that it will launch at any particular university, or that it will launch by any particular date.
- When the marketplace launches, it will be governed by separate platform terms, which you will need to agree to at that time. Those terms — not these — will govern any buying or selling on the platform.
2. Eligibility
To join our waitlist you must be at least 16 years old. The waitlist is intended for prospective and current UK university students, students' union representatives, university staff, and others with a genuine interest in the platform.
By joining the waitlist you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and relates to you, or that you are authorised to provide it (for example, where you submit details on behalf of a students' union or society).
3. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Student Market. It does not:
- create any contract between you and us;
- guarantee that you will be given access to the platform;
- guarantee you a place in our closed beta; or
- entitle you to any particular service, feature, price, or priority.
Selection for the closed beta is at our discretion. We may change, pause, or close the waitlist, and may add, remove, or change beta participants, at any time and without notice.
We handle the personal data you provide through the waitlist in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by emailing [email protected].
4. Acceptable use

- use the Website in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation, or for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
